Hello, I'm Tamara

User Experience Designer

Visual UX Designer

Hey, I’m Tamara,

I am a freelance video editor turned user experience designer.

Long before I decided to switch gears into UX Design, I’ve been known as a problem solver. Much like a puzzle, there are many building blocks and pieces that need to be analyzed before they can be put together.

With a B.A in Communications from William Paterson University, and an Entertainment Media Business certificate from NYU,

I spent the last decade producing dynamic, bold, stand out video for businesses and brands.

Design is everywhere.
From the clothes you’re wearing
to the smartphone you’re holding, it’s design.”

A recent graduate from Careerfoundry with multiple certifications in User Experience (UX) Immersion, User Interface Design, Front-End Development and Voice Interaction Design.

I can help simplify your users’ experience with my creative storytelling and problem solving skills from years of experience as a video editor. As a video editor, I have to craft each story in a way to captivate that brand’s audience. If I don’t understand the audience the outcome could be a flop.

The same principles hold true for UX design.

Every design has a purpose and that is to reach the intended audience effectively.

I strive to make design accessible by empathizing with users, adjust pain points and flaws in design, to produce an overall better user experience.
